All items posted in the UK are sent via a tracked and insured courier service. The shipping time for this service is 48 hours delivery. Please note during busy periods we reserve the right to extend delivery times as all items are hand made and production time is extended.
Once your item has been sent from our warehouse you will automatically receive an email to let you know your item is on its way, your item should arrive within 2 working days of receiving the email. Please allow 5 working days before contacting us if your item has still not arrived after receiving the dispatch email. Your dispatch email will also include your tracking number which you can use to track on the Parcelforce website.
International Delivery
Items sent via International Delivery are sent through Parcelforce Priority and International Signed For delivery service. Your item will be sent from our warehouse within 48 hours and is fully insured and tracked.
This service offers delivery from Europe within 3-5 working days and worldwide 5-7 working days. You will also be notified by email once your item has been collected for delivery from our warehouse and your item should arrive within 5 working days for Europe and 7 working days Worldwide after receiving the email.
