Once your order has been placed we will prepare the controller for dispatch from our warehouse within 1 working day. We also track and record all of our sent controllers to ensure they arrive safely to you. Once ordered you should receive your controller within 1-3 Working days. All of our Customised Xbox 360 controllers are made from Official Microsoft Controllers and are of the highest quality, therefore with every controller we supply a 14 Day Money back Guarantee, so for whatever reason you may not want to keep your controller then if you return it within 14 days of receiving it we will make a full refund. You are also covered for an additional 90 days on our Manufacturers Guarantee, this ensures you are covered in the unlikely event that a fault may occur. This does not cover accidental damage.
Free UK Shipping is available on all orders. We also offer a Next Day Delivery service however this is only eligible for orders placed before 12pm Mon - Fri. All orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next working day. All orders placed After Friday at 12pm will be shipped on Monday for Delivery on the Tuesday.
We ship worldwide so for customers outside of the UK be sure to select the International shipping option.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within seven working days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund before this. This time period doesn't include the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier (3-5 working days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
